These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Expo CI Doctor (the "Service"), including the website, CLI tool, and related services operated under the name Expo CI Doctor.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Expo CI Doctor is a developer tool designed to help identify, analyze, and explain potential issues in Expo / React Native projects, including CI and EAS build configurations.

The Service provides diagnostic information and suggestions only. It does not guarantee successful builds or error-free deployments.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

Expo CI Doctor offers paid subscription plans (such as Starter and Pro), billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription features and pricing are described on the website and may change from time to time.

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Expo CI Doctor does not collect or store payment card details. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and privacy policy.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.

5. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to an active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal development purposes.

You agree not to:

  • resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service;
  • attempt to bypass license checks or subscription restrictions;
  • reverse engineer or modify the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Expo CI Doctor does not guarantee that build issues will always be detected, suggested fixes will resolve all problems, or the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expo CI Doctor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update or modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the Service is detected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
