This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on subscriptions to Expo CI Doctor. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Monthly Subscriptions

Expo CI Doctor is offered as a monthly subscription service. Since you receive immediate access to the service upon payment, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing cycle once payment has been processed. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Refund Requests

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service and our support team cannot resolve them, or if you were charged in error, you may be eligible for a refund. Please submit a refund request within 14 days of the charge in question to be considered. We review requests on a case-by-case basis.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be processed via Paddle, our merchant of record, and credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company or bank, your subscription and access to Expo CI Doctor will be suspended immediately. Please contact us to resolve any payment issues before filing a chargeback.
